This is a wonderful place to stay. We would come back again. Staff is very friendly and the beach is great.
We really enjoy this hotel. Right on the beach which has pretty good snorkeling. Plenty of loungers at the beach. Pool area is a bit small especially when a family takes up 8 loungers only about 20 poolside. We didn’t eat much at the restaurant except lunch around the pool which was very good. No elevator which is a bummer. Bus stop is right out front so very convenient to go to Oisten fish gardens or Worthing Square for dinner.
I liked everything about coconut court. The staff are friendly and happy hours are excellent
Staff were not too helpful. Lied about everything every time I would ask for a receipt or towels or why our covid test took 3 days to come back and we had to quarantine and eat their highly expensive food. 30.00 a person per meal. Crazy!!
We loved nearly everything about this resort. The grounds and rooms are always meticulously maintained, staff friendly and helpful, the location stellar and beach and restaurants on grounds were all fantastic. A great find, would stay here again. The only thing that we could note as negative was the hot tub was cold the entire time. Not a huge deal, but if you're going to offer it and market it, it should be a hot tub. Still loved everything about this place except for that.
The hotel is right on the beach! The staff were very professional and attentive to my needs. The shuttle driver was awesome! Only minus would be the breakfast, I did not like it. I wish that they would have prepared and authentic breakfast meal! The views were stunning ! The hotel room was clean and comfortable, I absolutely loved the color scheme! The rum was absolutely delicious!! I also loved the fact that they're eco-conscious! I felt safe walking in the area, looking forward to staying at the hotel again!
Staff was always available, respected privacy, comfortable surroundings .But would like more local dishes at lunch/dinner. Everything else was spot on. Beautiful stay!!!!!!!
I was overall dissatisfied with the manger at the hotel and the condescending attitude towards me as an individual. I didn't feel welcomed or during my stay (one week), I also felt uncomfortable by the way my questions and concerns were handled. I was belittled As a tourist and a consumer. I was glad to leave the property and go to the airport to end my holidays.
Friendly staff clean property nice beach very relaxing no loud younger crowd.
Beautiful, private beach. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, knowledgable, & accomodating staff. Conveniently located to many places. Breakfast buffet daily, live band, beach bar, restaurant, and gift shop. This was a low key, well maintained resort that offers many of the luxuries of an all inclusive without the cost. I felt very comfortable during my stay & will definitely return again. Definitely a hidden gem on the island!
I will always go back there. Really amazing place!!
This was our first visit to Coconut Court but it certainly will not be our last. The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The facilities are great as well, right on the beach and close to plenty of other areas of interest. We had a great stay overall.
Towels or toiletries were not replenished daily. The staff was friendly and helpful though. There was a complimentary bottle of rum punch which was a nice touch. I was there to conduct business but the wifi connection was terrible at all times, so was a bother. I probably would not stay there again, the price was not worth it.
This is our second time staying at the Coconut Court, and I was extremely happy with our updated room. We had a lovely beach view, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I was very happy with the restaurant, and enjoyed all my meals there, particularly the Sunday Bajan Buffet. There was no blow dryer provided, so if you need one you should pack your own. It is very easy to catch one of the little buses to take you down to the Gap, to Bridgetown or anyplace else you'd like to go....it's only $2BBD! One word of caution. We booked the Coconut Court's free airport shuttle at 4:30 a.m. We were waiting by the front door of the hotel for the shuttle to arrive. A white van (taxi) pulled in at about 4:28 a.m. and the driver said "It looks like you're ready to go to the airport" I thought it was strange that they contracted with a taxi company for their shuttle, but went ahead and climbed in. It wasn't until we were halfway to the airport that I realized it was NOT the free shuttle. I personally believe that the driver knew exactly what he was doing, and he charged us $60BBD to take us to the airport (our taxi from airport to Coconut Court when we arrived was much less than that. He tried to blame it on the people at the front desk and said they needed to "go back to school." Beware of this scam.
Was at coconut court for 2 weeks and had a great time. We were in a non remodeled room but worked for us, we had everything we needed. Food was good and took advantage of double happy hours for sure. Antonio at the beach bar is the most awesome bartender! All staff was great. Singer on Thursday night is great, plays all those loved great dance to songs from 60-80s. Had great time dancing under the stars! Their beach is lovely, lots of shade under the trees, loved the jacuzzi too, would end many of our days bubbling in there. Barbados is beautiful island and felt very safe traveling around on our own in the $2 buses. Went on teds island tour which was great sampling of whole island, he is a great tour guide! Also went on 5 hour snorkel and lunch catamaran tour on calabasa, what a fabulous time, it is a must do! The best thing we did the whole time we were there. Only 12 people on trip so very intimate and you feel pampered. We booked these at activity center right at hotel. Also must do beach day is the boatyard at Carlisle bay, most gorgeous water and beach on whole island in my opinion. Great deal, it is $25us pp and they give you $20 credit back to buy food and drinks. To our surprise food was very good there. Best restaurant we went to in st lawrence gap was harlequin, ended up going there 3xs and every meal was excellent! Overall, everything was great! Food overall is expensive so if from US just be prepared for a bit of sticker shock. we will be back again for sure!
