The living room also has a large round dining table as well as a small work area with table and chair to work comfortably.



The spacious American style kitchen is fully integrated into the living room and is equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The house has several windows that allow wonderful views to the outside. The garden has a beautiful porch with dining table and armchairs overlooking the wonderful golf course, where you can enjoy wonderful evenings, another area with hammocks and private swimming pool and another with armchairs and a small table in the sun.





It is only a 10 minute drive to Maspalomas and its dune beach or Meloneras, with its wonderful promenade by the sea full of shops and restaurants. Playa del Inglés 15 minutes away is also a wonderful beach to explore.

If we talk about leisure options other than golf, you can find the amusement park "Holidayworld Maspalomas" only 12km away or the water park "Aqualand Maspalomas" 15km away.

To get to know other beautiful parts of the island a little bit better:

26 km to the village of "Fataga", 30 km to the "Parque Natural de Pilancones", 32 km to the "Pueblo de Mogán", and 72 km to the natural park "Parque Natural de Tamadaba" among many other places to visit, as well as the capital of the island 45 km away.
