Modern, beautiful apartment block "BeachFront Morea 3 Puerto Rico". In the centre of Puerto Rico, in a central, busy, sunny position, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach. Parking at the house. Bus stop "Escuela de Vela" 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Please be advised that a tourist tax will be applied to all stays in the municipality of Mogán. Effective from March 11, 2025, the tax rate is €0.15 per person, per night and will be added to your total stay cost.
