With an unbeatable location in the heart of the capital, capacity for 3 people and an exquisite decoration in which every detail has been taken care of. It has Fibre Wifi Internet access designed for teleworking, air conditioning.

This beautiful flat overlooking the beach is ideal for couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 3 people. With an open concept design, facing the large terrace of the flat, where you can have lunch or relax enjoying the atmosphere of the place. With a fully equipped kitchenette that connects to the living room and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and like the rest of the flat, direct access to the terrace. You can also enjoy Wifi Internet, air conditioning and heating. With an unbeatable location with all the necessary services around, with one of the most beautiful beaches of the island just a few steps away.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, Wifi fibre internet, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair, air conditioning and much more...

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

Las Canteras

Great location overlooking the Beach and promenade. Close to bars and restaurants The apartment was clean and well equipped for our 8 day stay. The patio was huge and comfortable for days when we didn't go to the beach.

Lovely front line apartment

On the 7th floor so there was no noise apart from the sea. The lift worked well, the internet was fast, the patio is really big, it is well equipped and the location perfect. We definitely want to come back. The patio door in the bedroom is hard to lock. Waiting for the place to be cleaned was a little annoying but it was very clean when we arrived.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und hat absolut Wohlfühlfaktor. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Möbel erneuert wurden gegenüber alten Rezensionen in denen das bemängelt wurde. Die Betten waren bequem, alle Elektrogeräte funktionierten bestens. Die Terrasse hat geschätzt 30 qm, mit dem großen Sonnenschirm kann man herrlich einen Tag dort auf den Sonnenliegen verbringen. Das Haus selbst ist nicht neu, aber es wird gepflegt. Es ist ein nettes Miteinander von Einheimischen und Touristen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Strand vor dem Haus, Supermarkt im Haus, viele Restaurants un Läden in der Gegend. Trotzdem ist es nicht laut. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch die Abreise war bequem möglich ohne viele Formalitäten. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
