Abaixo das expectativas

Reservei em 15/08 um ap triplo (casal e uma criança de 4 anos). Na reserva aparecia ( uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro). Como estava em um evento o dia todo, minha esposa foi para o hotel com nosso filho para fazer o check in as 14 horas. O carro não pode subir para o estacionamento devido a obras. Mas até aí tudo bem. O problema maior, é o acesso ao hotel para pedestre; uma escada íngrime. Imagine subindo de escada uns 3 andares de um prédio para chegar na recepção. Após isso, colocaram minha esposa em um ap duplo. Quando cheguei, por volta das18 horas, questionei na recepção e disseram que iria montar uma cama de solteiro para meu filho e montaram. Só que não aluguei um ap duplo para que seja colocado uma cama de solteiro. Aluguei um ap TRIPLO. Ficaram as duas camas coladinhas. Fiz até um vídeo para comprovar, caso queiram. Foi minha 7ª vez em Gramado e o 6º hotel diferente que fico. Todos os anteriores foram dentro da expectativa ou superaram, mas este, não recomendo e não voltarei.

Inacreditável,ainda chamam de hotel!

Pior hotel que estive até hoje. Se for de carro será uma aventura subir e descer na área do estacionamento,rampa ingrime,estreita e derrapante. Quanto ao quarto, o banheiro não tinha papel higiênico, televisão sem antena ou seja não funcionava e não tinham como arrumar. O único ponto positivo foi um recepcionista chamado João que atendeu o nosso pedido para migramos para um outro hotel no qual era o mesmo dono, foi muito solisto o outro recepcionista que estava junto numa antipatia só. Não recomendo ninguém a fazer a reserva no Alameda.

Sujo, mal estruturado e gerente malandro

Estrutura péssima, gerente mal educado. Gargantearam que no quarto havia hidromassagem; a banheira estava uma imundície. Mesmo eu tentando lavar, a sujeira era tanta que deu nojo de arriscar entrar. O hotel não tem elevador, cheio de lances de escada para acesso, e, na parte externa, rampas íngremes para impossibilitar o trânsito. Locomoção interna precária. Quem tiver alguma dificuldade de locomoção não tem como se deslocar no hotel. O gerente não deu a mínima e mentiu que a falta de acessibilidade estava no site. Não está. Hotel impossível para cadeirantes. Por fim, ainda tentam passar a perna para faturar em cima dos hóspedes com "cobranças-surpresa". Típico de uma espelunca.

Acabei reservando de última hora o hotel e foi perfeito não levou 15minutos já estava tudo ok tanto pelo hotel.com quanto pelo alamedas Paradiso,o senhor João que me atendeu foi maravilhoso e super gentil fica a 9minutos do centro de gramado , café da manhã ótimo e recomendo os chalé .

Muito bom, suíte luxo com banheira

Muito bom hotel, com valores dentro do padrão da cidade. Só o estacionamento que é muito íngreme, e por esse motivo meu carro ficou estacionado em frente, mas segundo o funcionário que nos atendeu, o estacionamento em frente ao hotel é monitorado 24 horas, não apresentando risco para os veículos ali estacionados. O hotel também oferece um carro de apoio para que os hospedes não precisem usar escadas.

Horrível, reservei pq conhecia o hotel e no trivago não dizia q a pousada estava em obra. Simplesmente tenho fobia, passei mal porque estávamos no meio de um buraco enorme, barulho em pleno feriado de obra para dormir, café da manhã caiu muito muito a qualidade, pão emborrachado, sem condições. Tirei fotos e vou dar encaminhamento jurídico ao caso

Não vale a pena

O café da manhã começa a ser servido tarde, considerando alguns passeios. Começa às 07h00 sem opção de antecipação, obrigando o hóspede a comprar algo pra comer caso queira sair cedo. Geralmente faltam coisas básicas no café, como ovo mexido ou até copo. A recepção e o corredor de entrada estão sempre impregnados de Pinho Sol enjoativo. Os quartos são simples e sem muito conforto. Pra você chegar ao hotel, se não estiver de carro, precisa subir uma ladeira enorme com bagagens, sem ajuda de ninguém. Os quartos não possuem qualquer isolamento acústico, sendo possível ouvir barulhos frequentes vindos das paredes e do teto. A experiência não foi boa. Penso que paguei caro pro que foi oferecido .
