We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as advertised. The facilities were first class, everyone was friendly and our experience was amazing. 5 stars.

This is by no means a 5 star hotel. It's run down and the first room they put us in smelled. Further to our disappointment, we actually have never experienced such an incredibly rude and resentful hotel staff. They are far kinder and friendly at a Holiday Inn. We were greeted by a belligerent desk person who was unable to smile or say hello when we arrived. After she took us to our room and we asked if we could pay for a room upgrade, the reservations manager was visibly annoyed and irritated. We felt very unwelcome on this island and will not return. There's no real beach service. Don't expect anything like the ritz Carlton or Four Seasons here. If the people who worked there were nicer I wouldn't have bothered writing this review, but if you look at recent reviews, most everyone says the same thing. The staff and service is horrible.

One of the best island resorts in the Caribbean. Mary, the GM, knows everyone on the island and will arrange transportation, jet skis, boats, snorkeling, dining. A classy operation all the way.

This is a beautiful property on an absolutely beautiful beach on beautiful Grace Bay. It is a very quiet location, and shopping/dining is not that close. It could use some updates in amenities, such as a gift shop for basic necessities, and an indoor option for dining. However the staff was most friendly especially Larry at breakfast time, and i believe Pamela came to our room to provide a table.

Peaceful and clean

Thoroughly enjoyed the suite. Had a nice view and was very clean and spacious. The only thing I would change is the bulky dressers and armoires. Takes up way too much space and with flat panel TVs, those units are overkill.

Point Grace was a beautiful property. Our suite faced the ocean and we were able to look at the turquoise water all day. The property was very clean and the staff were helpful, kind and always happy!!

Small quiet luxury boutique resort with attention to details & service. All the staff took great care of us all week.

What a beautiful boutique resort! We were so happy with our room - close to pool and beach! Grace’s Cottage - an amazing restaurant - located right on the property. Within walking distance to shopping area. Service was absolutely top notch!

Convenient to everything; beach, pool, restaurant all within a minute of the room. Overall atmosphere was calm and friendly.

Serene boutique hotel experience. This is the third time staying at Point Grace and it never disappoints.

We were looking for a quieter location (preferably with no kids) and we found it! Boutique hotel nestled away from the larger hotels. The beach front was fantastic--because the nearest "neighbors" were a little farther away, the beach was very quiet and serene. The hotel is a close walk into town if you want more of the night life (~5minutes).

Staff was excellent. Location and facilities were also.

The boutique feels like you are at your own personal beach house. The service is perfect and adds just the right amount of input into your trip. Leslie was exceptional.

Lovely hotel and grounds, friendly staff, and good food!

Glorious from the word go - tranquil, relaxing, excellent restaurant, friendly people, helpful staff, wonderful beach - just one thoroughly enjoyable week that will be expanded next year.
