The Shore Club was an absolute dream in every way. We stayed for four nights and I couldn't have imagined a better stay. The property is gorgeous, the food is excellent and we loved using the amenities (lap pool, tennis club, basketball net) etc. The staff was extremely professional and helpful and we are very grateful for them going above and beyond, especially by getting one of the gardeners to get us fresh coconuts from the trees on property. Well done and thank you!

Thecroomwas beautiful and spotless every day! The sorcial treats like coffee and chocolates and fluffy towels and comfy pillows!. ALL of the employees and team memberes we encourted were sooooo pleasant, polite, HAPPY, accommodating. We loved our table vaptain at Sui Ren Joseph and James and the manager May! Our room attendant Doreen was so sweet as well as Mac the bartender! So many others we didnt catch names of but everyone and everything was first class. We cant wait to comeback! The Shore Club is very nice. Well maintained, friendly staff. Two things standout, the food & drinks are expensive within the facility and there’s no club or bar at night to party. If your intent is to have a quiet space to relax & catch up on your reading, this is your place.

This was the best vacation ever! It was quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing and overall a complete reset! The hotel was immaculate! The grounds were perfect. Pools INSANELY clean. Chairs clean and always covered with two towels set up for you on the spot. The staff was helpful and generous and attentive. The chefs are amazing and every meal I ate was better than the next! The drinks were strong and I never felt like I was being cheated out of anything. I was checked on constantly to make sure I didnt need anything whether I was by the pool or ocean! They helped with bookings and reservations too! Even the guests at the shore club were classy, fun, kind and just an elevated calibur of human! Complete opposite in mexico. Guest here came to relax and enjoy the luxury of calm, silence, great food, alone or couple time and my most favorite part was that there werent any kids runnign around screaming or splashing! I saw a few babies and they were so wonderful. I cant wait to go back here! I will never stay on grace bay after seeing longbay and staying here! This is my new home away from home!

Our favorite family destination We travel to Club Med Turks & Caicos every year with our family—my husband, our nine-year-old daughter, and me—and we absolutely love it. This has truly become our annual tradition. The resort has something for everyone. My husband loves the kitesurfing, I really enjoy the fitness options and the amazing food, and my daughter absolutely loves the Kids Club. It’s the perfect balance of activity, relaxation, and fun for all ages. We always meet great people and make new friends, which makes the experience even more special. This is our destination for sure, and we can’t wait to come back again.

Our overall stay could not have been better. We were provided a complementary upgrade. The facility was spotless and the condition of the place was immaculate. While a bit far from rest of the hotels, this is the perfect place to relax. Staff was super curteous and friendly. Food was amazing.

Drinks were bad. I would think for an upscale hotel the drinks would not be from oversweetened mixes. No music at all at pools which is very strange and made the hotel very boring and low energy. Rooms were nice and clean. Male staff member used a key to walk into our room after knocking. We still dont know why.
