Welcome to High House, a luxurious and sustainable 2-bedroom villa situated atop the highest elevation in the Governor`s Harbour area. Completed in early 2024, this contemporary home offers stunning views overlooking the turquoise waters surrounding French Leave Beach. Part of the exclusive Governor’s Harbour Collection, High House distinguishes itself through its impeccable architectural design, top-of-the-line furnishings, and an exceptional guest experience defined by comfort, elegance, and attention to detail.

The open-concept living area and modern kitchen with seating for 6 provide the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the island or lounging at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. We also provide a reverse osmosis filtered drinking water faucet to reduce the use of single-use plastics.

Just behind the kitchen, you will find a laundry room with a full-size stackable washer and dryer, as well as a half bath.

High House features two elegantly appointed bedrooms. The ground level has a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and separate shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom has two twin beds that can easily convert to a King upon request. The `Jack and Jill` style en-suite bathroom has a large shower stall with a rainfall shower head and glass doors.

The unique feature of a second living room and bar on the upstairs level sets High House apart. The bar area is adorned with decorative wall tiles, while the vaulted ceilings add a touch of grandeur. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55` SMART TV or choose a board game from our selection. With retractable screens and floor-to-ceiling glass doors, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the treetops and ocean while relaxing on the 14x30 foot balcony.

Additional amenities at High House include AC throughout, high-speed WIFI (via Starlink), a printer/scanner for business needs, a gas grill, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, and cooler bags. We also offer a traveler crib/pack n` play and high-chair for families with infants and toddlers upon request.

The private pool, completed in November 2025, is the perfect place to cool off and relax in the serene hilltop setting. For added comfort, pool heating is available for an additional fee of $250 per week. Our property managers live only a 10-minute drive away and are always available to assist with any needs that may arise during your stay.

A short 8-minute walk down the hill will take you to the world-famous French Leave Beach, known for its mile-long strip of pink sand and ranked in the top 20 beaches in the world. The village of Governor`s Harbour, with its grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants, cafes, a bank, gift shops, and more, is only a 8-10 minute drive down the other side of the hill.

At High House, we are committed to providing our guests with an eco-friendly rental experience. Our rooftop solar panels and high-efficiency Tesla batteries provide sustainable power even during island power outages. Rainwater is collected in a 12,000 gallon tank, filtered, and pressurized for use in the house. We also use LED light bulbs and plant-based, paraben-free bathroom amenities.
