High House offers an open-concept living space and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with seating for six — an inviting setting to unwind after a day of island exploration or time spent at the beach. The kitchen is outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. A reverse-osmosis filtered drinking water tap is also provided to reduce the use of single-use plastics.

Just behind the kitchen is a convenient laundry room with a full-size stackable washer and dryer, along with a half bath.

The villa is arranged with two elegantly appointed bedrooms. The ground-level King bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and separate shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom features twin beds that can easily be converted to a King upon request and is served by a stylish Jack-and-Jill en-suite bathroom with a spacious glass-enclosed shower and rainfall showerhead.

What truly sets High House apart is the second living area and bar located on the upper level. Decorative wall tiles, vaulted ceilings, and refined finishes create a space that feels both relaxed and refined. Enjoy your favourite shows on the 55` SMART TV, choose from a selection of board games, or simply take in the view. Retractable screens and floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a generous 14 x 30-foot balcony, offering breathtaking treetop and ocean vistas.

Additional amenities include air-conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi via Starlink, a printer/scanner for business needs, a gas grill, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, and cooler bags. A travel crib/Pack ’n Play and high chair are also available upon request for guests travelling with infants or toddlers.

The private pool, completed in November 2025, provides a serene place to cool off and relax in the peaceful hilltop setting. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $250 per week. Our property managers live just ten minutes away and are always on hand should you need assistance during your stay.

A short 8-minute walk takes you to the world-famous French Leave Beach—renowned for its mile-long pink sand shoreline and consistently ranked among the top 20 beaches worldwide. The village of Governor’s Harbour, with grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants, cafés, a bank, gift shops, and more, is an easy 8–10 minute drive down the other side of the hill.

High House is committed to providing an eco-friendly experience without compromising comfort. Rooftop solar panels and high-efficiency Tesla batteries power the home—even during island outages—while rainwater is collected in a 12,000-gallon tank, filtered, and pressurized for household use. The home is outfitted with LED lighting and plant-based, paraben-free bathroom amenities. Recycled grocery bags are provided, as required on Eleuthera.
