An absolutely ok hotel. But beware, if doing the reservation through, you cant get an invoice for the stay. You have to pay with a creditcard. Probably true for all reservations done through

Very good standard! Excellent breakfast! Delicious! A lot of dishes. Good surroundings. Close to city centre and railway station. Will revisit! Nice with bar/restaurant and reception. Good work out possibilities.

We loved the friendliness of the welcome and the breakfast, which had so much choice, but even the lifts seemed efficient and added to the ease of staying here. Having a Netto one minute from the back door was also handy. The room was comfortable and our 23 year old daughter slept on the mini chaise longue converted bed very happily.

Stayed here for business for 3 nights. The room was clean and the staff were mostly friendly except for dinner on my second evening. When I arrived at the restaurant I was asked if I had booked in a not full dinning area. I said no, and I was staying in the hotel, to be told that there were 800 people staying in the hotel as well as external customers, and then I was pointed to an uncleared noisy table. I responded that if it was too much trouble I could go elsewhere and was then shown to the near empty seating area, unfortunately this spoiled the dinning experience. A shame really as the food the night before was excellent. Amazing fish and fantastic wine. The staff outside this interaction are generally helpful and pleasant, it's just a pity that there isn't such basic items as bottled water in the rooms

This Hotel is not suitable for Business Trip. All rooms made for Family with 4 bad and very uncomfortable. if you are travelling with business trip the better to book Scandic Europa. Very bad and pathetic one

When in Göteborg I Always stay in Scandic Crown. The Hotel is central and with an excellent service! The Hotel also has its own parking facilities. The restaurant has very good breakfast, lunch and dinner.

As always a very good experience. We stayed in a Mini suite this time which offers lots of space which is needed when you travel with children. Staff is extremely friendly and will help you with everything possible. We needed a screwdriver to change batteries on a toy, they found one for us in 1 minute!!! The breakfast buffet included has everything you could possibly need! For dinner they have a children buffet which typically includes something like spaghetti and then pancakes and ice cream.

My PA booked this hotel, I will be asking her not to in the future. Although the staff were pleasant the room was, how shall I describe it, Cell like, I am used to small rooms, but there was no water, no kettle, It was very basic, although the bed was comfy enough, it did not make up for the room. The reception 'shop' sold sweets, sodas and one type of sandwich hope you like cheese and ham. For a one night crash pad this is an ok hotel. It for any more there are others better

Exelent staf and the breakfast is to die for. beds and pillows are not as comfortable as they can be. Its nearby the trainstation so the location is god. The open area in the loby is nice. The bar had some local beers :)

The hotel room was clean and comfortable with super en suite. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice of food for breakfast which included cooked and continental. Even better if there were tea / coffee making facilities in the bedroom.
