There were things outside of their control, like literally no mattress on a room that advertises a sofa bed (She went above and beyond to get us something for my son to sleep comfortably in) it was very disappointing that we paid for this room and did not have that bed available.

The staff were really nice. Our original room ended up not having heat or hot water, so we had to pack everything up just to move right next door, but everyone was really understanding and helpful with the situation. We didn't have the breakfast, so I can't comment about that, but everyone and everything else was great! :)
