"Everything was great! The only hiccup we noticed was the pool was randomly closed for maintenance at one point without notice and were told after half an hour it would reopen. Once it did, it was FREEZING. We were hoping to enjoy the pool but couldn't, but that's okay! We just didn't quite understand the lack of communication, when we checked in two hours earlier there was no mention of anything (no sign on the door, no one working, we had to go down to the front desk to ask--we were two of about 9 people trying to get into the pool) The rest of our stay was lovely."
