Staff was friendly and helpful. Expedia needs to be more transparent when advertising fpr an air conditioned room. I had a two bedrooms unit and ONLY the living room had aircon. The bed rooms were literally like a Sauna when temp was 32-36. Windows didn’t close fully and room was very noisy. Very disappointed.

Found cigarette butt on balcony and long black hair throughout bathroom and bedroom. Aircon does not cool the whole apartment meaning main bedroom was very warm in the morning when sun was up. Also roof fan had only one speed and was not effective.Otherwise everything else was great.

Facilities were comfortable and my children loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff was friendly helpful and very accommodating. We requested for more bin liners, towels and others which they kindly furnished. Strongly recommended for family with kids.

Great views from the 20th floor, pretty good location, staff were very good. But the room was dirty and had very ordinary furniture. Outdoor furniture looked like it belongs in the tip. Couches not much better and the fridge and bathroom were filthy. Dining chairs were cheap plastic outdoor chairs and the bed was poor quality. Room 107.
