Security parking building was not secure. Key collection was not secure. Apartment was clean inside. Outside covered in a lot of bird poop as well as glass verandah.
However the crack head know to residents continuously ranting and using language wise than a sailor was enough for me and my safety. The view of the neighborhood and the filth was too much for the money I was paying.
I was told to call the police to remove the crack head as she rants day and night.
We didn’t end up staying at all. I was concerned for my safety especially when coming back at night.
It was infested with cockroaches and the air conditioning / heating wasn’t working, with the a/c unit itself being very dirty with obvious signs of mould.
It is unhygienic and a public health hazard.
Outside, consistently noisey neighbors and visits from the police.
Advertised on wotif as 2 bedroom but in fact was single bedroom and a lounge that made up as a bed. Deceptive false advertising with no remedy on arrival.
