1. Change the mattresses. 2. Change the kitchen outlook to look modern 3. Get the carpets cleaned in the rooms and corridors. If you want your guests to enjoy the stay at your hotel, open the gym, suana and spa 24 hours. Get the above done and provide more entertainment. With your hotel location, it CAN become one of the best if you endeavour to do so.

We checked in on 27th December and they did not give us any early check in (before 14:00). Once we entered the room, we realized that they were not enough toiletries for 3-4 days of our stay. The Aircon used to work OK in the morning but during the night it just doesn't work. We did not complain as the next day morning it used to work fine again. When this feedback was given to the ground staff at reception, looked like they dint bother much.

slow, poor service. Rick was the only person that helped. They need to have more staff and explain to people a bit better with what is happening instead of brushing people off. Rick got everything sorted for us by 7.30pm when we should have checked in by 2pm and be relaxing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mantra towers of Chevron. Location was perfect, great for groups that are looking for fun activities to do day or night. View from appartment was amazing. Appartment itself was clean, fully facilitated and spacious. Good value for money. Would recommend to all.

great view. great pool. poor reception staff. room run down. arrived at 2 visited coles to stock the fridge for a 2 night stay family trip on a budget. breakfast and lunch in hotel was the plan realised at 2am fridge not working. called reception 7am...nothing visited reception 8am told manager would contact us (thats all) tried explaining all contents had to be thrown out NOT INTERESTED at all

Dirty and old apartment charging you too much money for cleaning services. Check in is also an issue. I have to asked the receptionist if my room is ready 10 times. Mattress aren't comfortable as they are old and you can actually feel the springs in it.

Stayed here 3 nights, joining 2 others who were here for 5 days before me. We had a good corner/side room which gave great views over the beach as well as the river and hinterland. Room was good, and the rate (given there were 3 of us) was pretty good. Only thing is being in this area there can be a bit of traffic/sirens noise but that goes with the location. Location for me overall was good as close walking to the main areas in Cavill Mall, and also the beach. Facilities such as the pool were good. My main gripes are the standard gripes about Australian accommodation - wifi is an extra add on (not free and easy to log in) and no pay/cable channels provided. Not good enough in 2017 IMHO but that's Australian accommodation.

We stayed for 10 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment which had been refurbished. We were on level 14 which gave us adequate views of Surfers, overlooking the lagoon pool and had views of the beach. Excellent Foxtel to keep the kids entertained when not swimming. We also signed up to their loyalty program and got free (limited) wifi during our stay. We didn’t have issues with car parking and friends who came to visit were able to use the visitors car park. We rarely used the car, only driving to Harbourtown outlets on Boxing Day - get there early as it was absolutely packed. Very convenient location being close to Coles and the mall was good, also short 5 minute walk to the beach via Elkhorn Avenue. One day we walked to Broadbeach and Pacific fair shopping centre along the beach which took around 40 minutes. The lagoon pool seemed popular with little kids as it’s quite shallow. Our kids (teens) preferred the beach. In the lagoon pool, a few idiots (adults) were throwing their kids off their shoulders into the shallow pool. Security or staff did not tell them off. Bbq area seemed clean and lobby well maintained. Games room was good. Lifts were slow at times. Cleanliness could be improved in the apartments, very little ventilation in bathrooms therefore easy for mould to build up - cleaners should use some exit mould at the bottom of showers. For long stays like ours, a bucket of basic cleaning products should be provided. Vacuum wasn’t very good. Because we stayed 10 nights, on the 5th night they provided a linen change but that was about it, no cleaning. We stayed during New Years and was able to see most of the fireworks from our apartment. Partially blocked by another building but not an issue. The shopping centre downstairs was good, just a small centre but had enough restaurants and shops. We also went to Infinity and found that to be pretty fun. Overall a wonderful stay, nice and relaxing even though it is in a touristy spot. Lovely beach. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The furniture needs to be renovated as well as the carpet. Housekeeping must be faultless for a well-ranked hotel. Otherwise, the apartment is well located and very well arranged. The outdoor pool is beautiful but the water should be heated

Location and pools were great. Don’t be fooled by pretty pics of rooms. They are not in good repair. Customer service was great by all staff except manager or supervisor. “You MUST wash your own towels, we are NOT a hotel”...😣
