Our stay was very pleasant, we were local and walking distance to surfers paradise beach and cavill avenue. We had a supermarket downstairs which was very convenient. Our hotel was spacious and clean although a bit out dated it had all the facilities needed in it. Overall it was a wonderful stay would highly recommend

The hotel had everything we wanted plus more! But there was a really bad smell the whole week in the most of the elevator’s and lobby, which also made it way into our room! Had to go buy a plug in smelly thing to try stop the smell.

The room had many faults. One major fault was the balcony door in the main bedroom not closing properly. This allowed noise to enter at night and made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The bathroom and toilets are in need of an urgent update. Two of the 4 lifts in tower 3 were out of order for our entire stay and the smell of garbage from the garbage chute was unbearable on level 20. We’ve stayed here many times over the years but unfortunately this may be the last. Being a Mantra owned hotel I would expect much more from them but I think Chevron has had its day due to poor / lack of maintenance.

The carpets didn't really feel clean. The instant coffee was good, but we wished there was an other option to prepare ourselves a morning coffee. The main front desk answered all our questions. The apartment did have what we needed as advertised.

Good location amazing pool and amazing view, 2 elevators not working the entire 5 days we stayed which made it a nightmare from the 36th floor, and no housekeeping the entire time which was crazy considering the cost of staying there you had to take your own recycling out and get towels from reception.

Great location pity about the room.

The reception staff were helpful but the 2 bedroom apt had a some faults. The range hood was hard to pull out, the Aircon was stuck on a 4 hour timer so we had to keep turning it back on at night (reported but not fixed) the toilet seat and towel rail was broken (reported and fixed) the Foxtel never worked for the 9 days and the phone to call reception did not work. Took a lot of ringing around to find a number for reception. The location was very good, the outdoor and indoor pool areas were very good and very clean. Staff were helpful.

I have been coming here for the past 12 years and my family and I love the pools. The lagoon is amazing and unique and the indoor people is gorgeous as well. The outdoor spa has not worked the past few times but the indoor one still works well. The apartments are nice but some of the ones we have stayed in could do with a refresh. Other than that, would definitely recommend as it is also reasonably priced if you find the right deal.
