Our stay was very pleasant, we were local and walking distance to surfers paradise beach and cavill avenue. We had a supermarket downstairs which was very convenient. Our hotel was spacious and clean although a bit out dated it had all the facilities needed in it. Overall it was a wonderful stay would highly recommend

We always have a great stay at the towers and has become our choice of hotel when holidaying down the coast. The only issue we have is the beds and not very comfortable.

Fantastic stay. From moment we checked in, Abbey at reception was wonderful, so pleasant and very helpful. Room was so spacious as we booked 2 bedrooms but got 3 due to availability. Room had everything we needed. Brilliant location. Fantastic facilities. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel had everything we wanted plus more! But there was a really bad smell the whole week in the most of the elevator’s and lobby, which also made it way into our room! Had to go buy a plug in smelly thing to try stop the smell.

The room had many faults. One major fault was the balcony door in the main bedroom not closing properly. This allowed noise to enter at night and made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The bathroom and toilets are in need of an urgent update. Two of the 4 lifts in tower 3 were out of order for our entire stay and the smell of garbage from the garbage chute was unbearable on level 20. We’ve stayed here many times over the years but unfortunately this may be the last. Being a Mantra owned hotel I would expect much more from them but I think Chevron has had its day due to poor / lack of maintenance.

The carpets didn't really feel clean. The instant coffee was good, but we wished there was an other option to prepare ourselves a morning coffee. The main front desk answered all our questions. The apartment did have what we needed as advertised.

Good location amazing pool and amazing view, 2 elevators not working the entire 5 days we stayed which made it a nightmare from the 36th floor, and no housekeeping the entire time which was crazy considering the cost of staying there you had to take your own recycling out and get towels from reception.
