Staff were excellent, warm, friendly and helpful. The location is ok, just right in front of one of the G-Link stations - Florida Gardens. Broadbeach South station where Pacific Fair (the largest shopping mall in Goldcoast) is located is just 2 stops away. Surfers Paradise central where are the action is, is just 3 stops away in the opposite direction. It's a short walking distance to Broadbeach which is the quieter stretch where there are less commercial activities. Overall the building and the rooms are rather dated and old. Bathroom is clean and room is spacious. Overall, reasonable pricing.

Here for a business trip for 2 nights and on arrival staff were helpful and friendly, this was my experience throughout the stay. The rooms are large with all the amenities you need including a small kitchenette and washing machine in the bathroom. Room service was fast and the food was decent enough. The gym is small and old but functional. Would stay here again and recommend!

The location is great with a tram stop directly outside the hotel the next stop is the conference centre then the next stop is a huge shopping mall! The reception staff are brilliant so helpful and really nice. The room I had was on the 15th floor awesome view, comfy bed, nice and clean. Room service was great food was really good (gluten free options) Breakfast good (hit and miss with the coffee!) Only thing I can think of as a downside is when the room was serviced the mini bar wasn't replenished and the bathroom shower gel etc wasn't replaced, but not a major issue.

Hotel and Staff were great and friendly, nice clean rooms, nice and big, pool area was great, about a 25 minute walk to Cavill Avenue or you can catch the tram as the stop is right outside the hotel, beach location at the end of the street so easy access. Only stayed here 3 nights. Parking onsite at 15.00 a day

Came here for a conference and stayed in a room/mini apartment in the Gold tower on level 12. This was surprisingly spacious and well equipped though the decor is 80s. Loved the spectacular views over the canals and surrounding hills from the corridor windows -great use of position. Check in and out were flawless. The buffet breakfast had good variety- loved the make-your-own juice maker. Shame I had to wait 45 mins for the coffee. The conference room was cold at times but well set up. Overall pretty good value.

I arrived today to fantastic staff on the desk. I checked in at 11am, no problem. The room exceeded my expectations - nothing out of this world but a lot better then what I expected for just over $200 a night. I've had dinner at the restaurant, I got the 2 courses for $38. The steak wouldn't have been any good at that price right? Wrong! I ordered medium, was given medium and I ate every morsel, and the onion soup was Devine! Wouldn't recommend the jus though. Tasted a little 'off'. Will be back for sure.

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza on a number of occasions and find it comfortable and well run. We stayed in the Gold Tower and had a lovely room on the corner overlooking the city and high rise buildings and the beach. Its just a relaxing stop over and its close to the restaurants of Broadbeach. Service was good, room was fantastic and the staff are really good at their job. We will stay again for sure.

Really enjoyed our stay, booked the room as we left home and driving towards the hotel. Greeted with a bottle of wine, chocolate, stunning view, rotating restaurant and buffet breaky. We appreciated the late check out and wonderful service.

My partner and I stayed here as a little one night get away, and for the most part we really enjoyed our stay. On arrival we were informed that we had been given a free upgrade which was really nice. The room itself was very clean, in most places I stay the air ducts are disgusting, but here they were extremely clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and have really good back support and I had a great night sleep. The things that let it down a little were; we only got to stay on the second floor which was a bit of a bummer, but we rode the glass elevator top to bottom like 10 times to enjoy the view. The room next to us had a very loud group, and we could here everything... I'd assume our trip was a bit pricier than I would have liked due to it being Queen's Birthday Long Weekend, but if you can get a room here for around $200-$240/night I think it's really worth the money. The building has a lot of charm about it, the rooms feel old, but not dated, the cleanliness was impeccable and the continental breakfast was great value for money.

We stayed there in the month of July’17. Beautiful, spacious and well appointed rooms. Ours was on the 10th floor over looking the no limits sea. Excellent breakfast buffet. Their concierge and bell desk were spot on. Overall great stay!!
