Good place to stay , good location, facilities are excellent But was a little disappointed, we requested 2 beds at the time of booking which was an option when we booked, I did receive an email stating that all requested can’t be guaranteed , we we’re able to separate the beds ourselves and housekeeping did a great job to make up the room as two separate beds Just not sure why that couldnt have been done in the first place, wasn’t that hard

We had a family room gor our recent trip to Surfers for a soccer tournament. The 2 bedrooms were spacious, lounge room was HUGE, and the internal laundry facilities were a great addition. There was even the outdoor/sunroom which was so nice for evening catch ups as a family. The pools were great to have, whilst the spa, sauna and steam room were useful for recovery routines. Free parking were a huge plus. Longboards diner serving up juicy burgers and delicious meals tamed the hunger within budget, all within a stone throw away from the magnificent beaches for long cruisy walks. The BEST place we have stayed at with all facilities for kids and adults, within 5min walking distance to Cavill Ave. FYI - A visit to the observation deck after 6.45pm will only cost $10/person, saving you over 60% of the cost.

Great 1 bedroom apartment with stunning views. Loved the internal balcony and being able to open the windiw for fresh air. Disappointed the thr body wash in the shower was empty on arrival and even though I requested a refill it did not happen for the duration of my stay.

Amazing view from our room, had both ocean and city views. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the layout worked well for our family (two adults and two teens). It was quiet—we couldn't hear any of our neighbors, and construction noise was mostly blocked out when the balcony doors were shut. The property was well maintained, and having the 3 pools helped to spread out the guests so nothing ever felt crowded. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The hotel is in a great location with nice cafes and restaurants close by. Apartments was everything you need for a holiday. The only downfall was the wait times for the lifts which seemed to be under repair/modification. Would definitely book the hotel next trip.

The room was well appointed and comfortable but can’t open a window for some fresh air. The annoying bit was the lifts with one of the four for the first 41 floors down for upgrades and one of the prior upgraded ones going down a lot and was down for the last two days of my stay made for chaos trying to get up or down with people just riding up for lower floors to get down etc and no communication or work around with the service lift during the really bad times.

Us girls loved our stay at Q1, but the only downfall was the lifts, one lift working for so many levels, we had to wait for a lift we could squeeze into after letting 3 or 4 pass us chockers. Would of been nice to offer something for the inconvenience we endured
