It is not a very kid friendly place, an older fella that lives there (I’m assuming) came out and told us to be quiet while we were at the pool and it was on a Friday evening at not even 7:30pm! Kids will be kids, I understand the annoyance but I would say coming out just as it was getting dark to tell us to quiet down was a bit much! … Other than that it’s a good location, good customer service, and the walking distance is perfect for food and shopping.

I feel the Pacific Resort Broadbeach did not deserve the 8.8 rating compare to other resort style amemities in the area. Reception for instance open 9am to 4pm Mon-Fri, 9am to 12 noon at weekends. We had arranged for our mid stay service to happen on the Monday but did happen. On Tuesday when it was done we were left without towels and other toiletries. We had no problem with the location, close to beaches, shopping and eateries. There is a lot of construction work being carried out on the Gold Coast, and the tramway extension causes delays in travel
