Situated far from amenities. If you are looking for accomidation where you go there and not have to use the car for entertainment. This is not for you. It is surrounded by residential apartments with only two eating areas and two pools for entertainment. All other forms of entertainment are only accessible by car, The rooms are large and comfortable. Clean and neat. Underground parking. The staff came across as a little difficult to deal with. Asked for extra coffe satchel and was informed I would be charged. The food in the bar was lovely and well priced. Overall a little worn and the building could do with a lick of paint but still satisfactory for the price.

We stayed for a week and loved it. Quiet area away from the bustling city. Close to theme parks and the staff were amazing. My daughter loved finishing each day with a swim in their pool. The marina was lovely to look out at too. Highly recommended

I booked this hotel for our Dec 2017 holiday thru nice hotel for a good price, 5 nights. such a relief when you walk into your room after a hot tired day and see your beds beautifully made. NO microwave oven in the room, which was the only negative for me. friendly staff in the reception. the hotel is tucked away amidst residential houses. the Pier restaurant food is not that great though, but friendly service. but the girl in the Marlin bar was too friendly and nice. You definitely need a rented as its far from the city. but only 10 kms away from all the main theme parks, which was the purpose of the holiday, so which Uber worked for us really well.

Ramada is a nice quiet location. It boasts beautiful marina views and we also had a view of the pool from our room. We had secure parking which i loved. The rooms were very clean and inviting. Free movie channel which the kids loved. The only downfall was no microwave in the room and no laundry facilities on site. The staff were amazing and so helpful especially the man at reception. Excellent place to stay.

Yes you should be Entrees sent back warm seafood Not good Service staff especially Gavyn was great not his fault Chef did not want to cook another entree for us DON'T EAT HERE Nice out look that's about it

Normally we do a ball on the Gold Coast for NYE...this year we saw Great Gatsby theme and were told it was in their ballroom. When we arrived we saw a band in their foyer and thought that’s a nice touch. We were then told we could proceed upstairs to our table...when we get to the top of the stairs instead of being taken into a ballroom we were seated in front of what we presume were the dooorway of the ballroom which in effect was a upstairs foyer and passage way for hotel guests some of whom just wandered through in shorts and thongs. It appears they did not get enough booking so decided to bung ten tables in this aforementioned foyer. The food was buffet style, oysters, crab prawns... all of which had been soaked in so much water they had no taste what so ever. We had to ask for tongs to pick up the food as there was only one set at the buffet and we had to ask twice to get some crab crushers. The waitress staff were very apologetic, but the fault lays with management. The band we saw when we entered was as it turned out the only entertainment for the night... and that meant that to have a dance we had to go downstairs each time. They had long breaks between sets and then just put on USB music. All in All it was extremely disappointing and definitely well below acceptable standards. When they realised they had very few bookings, they should have contacted us and given us the opportunity of selecting another venue. They chose not to do this and have tarnished their name. Great rooms, good value. Complete with own bar and two restaurants. A place that is cost effective and nice to enjoy their roomy rooms. Free Wi-Fi, entertainment system and movies available. Views of the marina and great for family groups. Reception is always manned. Great for a weekend getaway or longer if you choose.

Reception area was stunning and service was great!! Room (2 queen beds) was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom facilitie were great and beds comfortable. Walk along marina really nice. Food options limited to hotel restaurant which was expensive and unappealling. Great pizza place up the road and a Coles in Sanctuary Cove (5 min drive). Nice and quiet because it's away from everything which suited our family. Price was exceptional in relation to standard of room.

We paid $325 a night to stay in the Ramada and was appalled at our experience The ironing board below tells the story The door to our room did not shut, you had to use both hands to shut the door, my wife was not strong enough to shut the door BREAKFAST We dont make scrambled eggs because no one eats them You can buy an omelete for $17.00 The only coffee was cheap packet coffee. or they will make you coffee for $5 There was no teas spoons and was told they are being washed, you have to wait The tables were dirty BAR MEALS Tried to get a snack at the bar at 2.00 pm and was told that the kitchen was too busy cooking for a group of 30 people 5 star price with a 2 star service

The Hotel overlooks the Marina. Nice room, modern furnishings, friendly, attentive staff throughout the resort. Would definitely go back. Prebooking breakfast when checking in, gets you the buffet breakfast for $22; which was a good spread of well prepared food.
