An exceptional weekend away for our family. Food, service, activities, facilities and the staff were top notch. We will be staying at this resort from now on and we have stayed at a lot of different places in surfers. Easy check in. Lots of kids activities. Staff were very friendly. The hotel inside was really run down thou. The balcony flooded from the air con being on and no ventilation in the bathroom. Lots of patched up areas too. Everything else was good and it’s close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Excellent hotel for families. We had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to walk or catch the tram to surfers paradise. The rooms were great, a little worn, but comfortable and the aircon works great. You spend hardly any time in your room anyway. I would recommend spending as much time at the hotel as you can as the kids will get a lot out of the facilities, the activities and the opportunity to make friends.
