The property was in an excellent location. Walking distance to supermarket, eateries, entertainment and the tram stop. The pool and BBQ area was well maintained and the residents 'lounge room' was an added surprise. The reception staff were efficient and friendly

Excellent property, only drawback is a small pool, which got overrun at times with big groups. This was not an issue for us as did not plan to use it. Would defiantly stay at property again, staff were super friendly and helpful, location is awesome and apartment was quiet with great views.

Great location, 2bdrm 2 bathroom apartment spacious. Perfect for families with older children, or 2 x couples. The rude male resident in Apartment 9 moaning about 2 ladies talking on the balcony after dinner out (not a party) - wont spoil overall stay. . Not nice to be told to shut up out of theblue!

Highly Recommended in Broadbeach

The property is new, with quality fittings and amenities in the apartment and is perfectly located, right in the heart of Broadbeach within a very short walking distance of pretty much everything. Really nice, heated pool and a well equipped gym. We were there for 7 nights so had a mid-week service of the apartment which was really nice. Will definitely stay there again.

DISAPPOINTING Parking horrible. Our carpark was taken by some scumbag and it took 20minutes to get another one No blinds awake at 5.30am every morning. The heat coming in the curtains was horrendous. Windows did not block the noise out. Lack of any extras in kitchen including pepper and salt and bottle opener. We paid top dollar and this does not come close to other quality accommodation we have stayed in on the Gold Coast. Staff were nice. Would not recommend to anyone

Great location. 2 min walk to beach and Oasis shopping centre and shops. Apartment is showing wear and tear and is due for a refresh. Cleaning was second rate as there was dust everywhere. They also charge if you would like extra towels. The front desk staff asvised the manager was going to speak to us about the cleanlinesd but we never heard anything.
