Property is dated and needs a little bit of TLC. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice but were disappointed to find some blood stains on the pillowcase of an extra pillow that had been stored away. Upon arrival for check in ,the front desk was un occupied and front door locked and it was only 3 pm on a weekday. Also garbage bins from a collection earlier that morning blocked half the entrance driveway annd weren’t removed until much later that evening. So maintenance could be better particularly as the motel was fairly full on the night we stayed.

Room was cleanish shower was blocked,spa leaks no extra toilet paper or towels for 5x adult and a 4 night stay didn’t even do a stay clean dead leaves walked all though the room not a broom to clean it up no extra bin bags bins were full and overflowing so we couldn’t even empty our room rubbish gardens were full of dead weeds and rubbish from the full bins was absolutely disgusting for $2600 for a 4 night stay

Overall, a very spacious motel room, that was free from smells and was neat and tidy. In a good location and with easy access. However, the TV didn't work. A new one was supplied the next day (though the smart tv hasn't been set up, so couldn't access this). The powerpoints were very limited in the room. Nothing seemed tagged and tested (and seemed old), including the power cable provided, when the powerpoints were too far away from where my device needed to operate. There were two separate lights out/broken, the fridge seal was not intact (door didn't close propely) and on the last day of my stay, it completely came away from the fridge. The jug was very old and would benefit from being replaced. There were two separate lights out - one in the living room and one in the bathroom (above the mirror). Perfectly adequate stay, however is in need of a lot of upgrades and refurbishments.

We were fortunate to get a deal which was affordable and convenient for us. We were in a 2-4 bed room which was comfy and met our general needs. The property is quite old and you get what you pay for. I would still stay as it is very close to Harbour Town and was easy to locate. If you're on a budget and just need a place to sleep while you are visiting the GC and enjoying the sites then this is a reasonable place to stay.
