The views from level 40 were sensational! The room was beautiful with an amazing spa bath! In room facilities were awesome and very handy (in room laundry, full size fridge and dishwasher)
A new little annoyances with this hotel (which wouldn’t stop us staying there again).
Entry on ground floor, reception on level 2, parking on B3 and limited luggage trolleys made it hard to empty our full car on checkin with 2 kids.
We happily paid the high price of the room so that the kids could swim in the amazing indoor heated pool during this wet weather however, on the last days of the trip, the pool was closed for maintenance so it was a bit of a waste.
When we did get to use them, the facilities (pool, spa and sauna) were second to none.
Our swipe cards periodically stopped working which at one point saw myself and my toddler stuck in the car park and when we got to reception, the just reset it (not even an apology for the inconvenience) as I think it’s a common occurrence to them.
