The room was awesome, clean and a good layout however there was an extremely bad odor in the corridor outside the room which we complained about daily but it was there the whole entire stay even after we told them the source of the smell.

The room was very good but we have an issue since we checked in and it has not been solved until we checked out We stay at level 56 and there was a bad smell coming from the air condition near the lift We reported 4 times but they have not fixed it Also the jets at the outdoor spa stopped working for almost two days with no notice and we reported twice with no response

Just an average experience considering the price. Staff not friendly, cockroaches in kitchen, dirty balcony and lift numbers not adequate to accommodate the number of residents. Breakfast at restaurant was mediocre at best. Options were very limited and quality was not great. Most of the restaurant staff were kind, which made the experience pleasant at times. Even though breakfast was “included” we still chose to eat elsewhere most days! Location of hotel was the best part. Being directly across from the beach was very convenient!

We had a really nice stay at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise. The location is unbeatable — especially for New Year’s Eve. Watching the fireworks from the area was amazing, and the neighborhood itself is lively with the beach, shops, and restaurants all around. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made things easy. Another big plus is the food scene — there are so many good places to eat right next door and within a short walk. A couple of minor issues: the curtain in the master bedroom was slightly torn, letting in early morning sunlight and affecting our sleep, and the dishwasher had a few dirty dishes left inside when we arrived. Overall, these were small things in an otherwise great stay.

Expensive rooms but a little outdated. It was all the little problems that made me give an average review Toilet in the main bathroom didn't flush properly. Had to wait for it to refill several times. Should be replaced immediately Broken cabinet in the kitchen made a loud clicking sound when opening. Sounded like a gun shot Blinds hook to tie the rope broke off the wall instantly. Could see this had been happening to all them in the past Spa was a putrid sesspool. No one in the family would use it due to the brown foam Overall great location but youd be better off getting a cheaper apartment in the water front

The room had the best view of surfers paradise beach. The balcony wrapped around all bedrooms it was a beautiful view. Clean and comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

The check-in time was really long. The property was getting much older than my last visit and some refurbishments may need to be considered. Lifts was taking really long, sometimes could take up to 10mins of waiting for the lift to come. Also, the water flow of the shower head and toilet was poor. Reasonable friendly staffs on site but lack of decision making power. Have to refer to the manager who normally wasn't on site. They do provide daily housekeeping but only basic refreshment. Other than that, best location in Surfers Paradise. Very convenient. Lots of choices of cafes and restaurants and close to everything.
