Review Title: A Total Collapse of Security, Privacy, and Professionalism
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)
I checked into The Social Hub Glasgow on Thursday, January 29th, and experienced what can only be described as a systemic failure in hospitality and basic safety.
The Incident: A Shocking Breach of Privacy
After using the self-check-in desk, I was assigned Room 948. Upon opening the door, I was horrified to find shoes on the floor and an individual already lying in the bed. To say I was embarrassed is an understatement; this was a massive violation of privacy for both myself and the current occupant.
The Response: Dismissive and Unprofessional

In any reputable hotel, a double-booked room is treated as a major security breach. To have it brushed off so casually is an insult to the guests' safety and modesty.
The "New" Room: No Peace and Quiet
I was eventually moved to Room 1040, but the lack of professionalism followed me there. Around 10:00 PM, two members of staff began arguing loudly in the corridor directly outside my door. I had to physically go out twice to ask them to be quiet so I could rest, yet they continued their shouting match regardless.
Final Verdict
The Social Hub Glasgow clearly h
