Fantastic 1 night stay at the Maldron Glasgow. Staff were very helpful and polite on check in, assisting us when we had an issue with the check in pod. Foyer welcoming and clean. Lovely room - clean, nice temperature, super comfy beds with lovely bedding, Safe and iron/ironing board in the room. Great nights sleep with non noise heard from outside or from the corridors.

Just a normal hotel stay, nothing great. I found this hotel very noisy, lots of ignorant guests slamming their room doors extremely hard when they really didnt have to and talking loudly in corridors late at night. Having a 'do not disturb' notice is pretty useless as it just gets ignored.

Staff used the restaurant area as a corridor to the kitchen. I waited 15 minutes after my main course to see if i wanted a dessert. They looked neither right or left on the way past. Did not pick up finished plates. At breakfast it would be good to have labels on the jams etc such that one knew what they were. Breakfast staff were excellent and my poached eggs were spot on.

Self check in was so easy completed in less than 1 minute. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the room was spotless. Check out at 5am was no problem either. Just dropped the cards at reception and that was that. Would definitely stay again. Thank you
