This bright and stylish penthouse - 7th floor apartment is minutes away from Glasgow Green, 5 minute walk from Glasgow City Centre, 9 minute walk to Strathclyde University, 13min walk to both main train stations in city centre and 15min Subway trip to Glasgow West End part of town.
The flat is right next to the popular St Enoch Centre, high end shopping streets, top class restaurants, bustling night life, thriving art scene and outstanding cafes. The flat is stylish, bright, and features a balcony that wraps around the full length of the flat.

The apartment is equipped with everything you'll need to make yourself at home in a centre part of Glasgow.
Bedroom has a double bed and big wardrobe with loads of space. Sofa bed available on request for an extra fee.
The bathroom has a shower over a bath, basin, toilet, and basic toiletries for your stay.
The kitchen is equipped with large fridge-freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, kettle for your use. You also have access to all the cooking utensils, crockery and glassware you will need.
There is a large living and dining area with a standard TV, coffee table, and dining table which can easily be a work station/area.
There's hardwood floors throughout and beautiful open windows that overlook Glasgow Merchant city.

For our piece of mind and the safety of the apartment there is a Ringo doorbell camera installed on the front door facing the public entryway.

No unregistered guests are permitted at the apartment.

Please note, if it ever happens that you lose the keys of the property we won't be able to come in to give you a spare set right there and then. We don't live in city centre so it might take us 30-40 min (depending on the traffic) to get to you.

Very spacious apartment. Lots of storage in the bedroom. Plenty of hot water in the shower with good pressure. Washing machine and dishwasher worked well with detergent for both provided.Buchanan St, Queen Street Station and Central Station are within easy walking distance.Host provided detailed instructions for checking in. Since we were there for 5 nights, she was kind enough to supply milk, eggs & butter.We were there in mid September, and it was a bit chilly in the apartment. We were able to use some extra throws on the bed to stay warm at night.During the day there is lots of light, but at night particularly at the rear of the living area, it is rather dark. Another lamp would help this situation.The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The mattress does not provide much support.All in all we enjoyed our stay.
