The hotel’s location was ideal for our trip. We walked to the City Chamber, Bus Station, and to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum and to Hunterian Art Gallery. The room was comfortable and quiet. We definitely would recommend it.

Lovely modern room however bathroom could have done with some upgrading. Tiles look like they have been up since the 90’s. Otherwise a lovely hotel to stay in.

I've always had good experiences when staying there but this weekend was not the best. The room was not the cleanest. Tea or coffee had been spilled on the tiles in the bathroom and not cleaned off and there was cigarette ash all along on the window sills. A housekeeper woke us up just before 0800 to ask if she could come in and clean the room.

Hotel is nicely decorated, staff were very friendly, particularly breakfast staff who were cheerful and efficient. Breakfast itself was very nice indeed with a super choice. The staff were all very nice, but one was not well trained and was going to charge me for the room again. I ended up paying for parking twice. Parking once was 40 pounds. I won't stay there again. I paid a lot to stay there - $388.00. It was NOT worth it.
