We enjoyed our stay at Citizen M. The King bed was comfortable and the bathroom and AC worked great. For some reason the TV was difficult to operate and there was only one lift working in the hotel which made getting up to our room a bit slow. Overall a good stay.

The air con did not work and it was extremely hot in the room. One of the lifts was broken which slowed journeys to room, especially as we had to share with bags of rubbish from the rooms being taken out by the cleaning team.
