Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location was great--walking distance from the Queen Street train station (coming into town) and an easy cab ride to the airport (leaving). The room was comfortable and quiet.

We had a great experience. Early checkin, comfortable clean rooms, super comfy beds, toiletries, coffee/tea. Fab buffet breakfast well worth the £7! Great location in the theatre district, close to shopping and transportation. Hop on Hop off bus stop in same block. Highly recommend doing! Hotel stowed our bags and arranged a cab to airport. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Glasgow. Restaurants, Pubs, and shopping are all within walking distance. The rooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and quickly respond to requests. It was a perfect spot for our visit to Glasgow. I would stay there again and again.

Excellent city centre hotel. Just a 5 minute walk from Buchanan Street Bus Station and handy for all city centre shops, bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and the hotel was modern and very clean. Our room was on the first floor overlooking a side street and was very quiet for a city centre location. A bonus bottle of water per person and a great shower! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a reasonably priced, clean and friendly city centre hotel. It's on my list for future return visits!

Not the best sleep ive had.

No sound proofing at all. One couple on one side at it and banging the wall all night and you could feel the vibrations and the other side were playing music load and singing. Could hear everything. This is a newish hotel..no sound proofing and says its 4 stars..come on.
