Apartment is fine and very comfortable. On the downside it is 10 min walk from the nearest car park. My room was on the 3rd flight of stairs and there is no lift.There is 80 stairs to the top so is tiring if you have heavy luggage like me! However the apartment is in the centre of Glasgow with everything around you shops/restaurants etc

Very convenient location. Huge room which was great! Laundry is odd but we used the heater to dry the clothes as the dryer portion of the all in one doesn’t work. The caretaker was also great.

We know this area and market really well. We lived/worked in Glasgow for a couple years and frequently visit friends. SO, the good, the bad and the ugly of our 1 night stay. Good: the units (we got to see 2) are modern and well furnished. Modern appliances. Comfy bed, although we slept horribly as explained below. Bad: we had to move rooms on arrival because the first room was stifling hot and the Nest could not be adjusted because there were no controls. We called, Claire, she was very apologetic, and moved us to a new room. HOWEVER, the Nest controls were missing from that room as well! We learned after we had moved in but this room was cold and we could handle that. Ugly: The “new” room looked ok. We quickly learned that there was no way to turn off the light in the WC. Kinda funny at 5pm; pretty awful at 3 am going to the loo. Also, the new room faced West Nile Street which runs 24/7. The windows in the new room were/are beyond filthy. The night sounds coming off West Nile are unrelenting. ALSO, the curtains didn’t kill the lights. Finally one of the ceiling lights in the main room was failing so it was flickering which was really annoying and hence unusable. So that’s our tale of woe. Nobody’s on site so you’re on your own.

Excellent property, but parking was a pain!

Property was extremely clean and communication beforehand was excellent! Claire did a great job! However, we had to park about 10 minutes away in the closest parking garage carting all our luggage. I was traveling with my elderly parents, so this was tough. Also, I forgot my toiletry bag and didn’t remember until about 10 hours later. I called Claire who called the facilities manager and my bag had been turned in! Very honest cleaning crew!!

Fabulous city apartment.

Check in was so easy with the code for both the entrance and door to the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and so well appointed with everything you would need for a short stay. Tea, coffee and milk was there for us too. Plenty of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. It was in a fabulous location in the city too. The luggage storage is a great idea on your check out day as it allowed us to stay in the city for longer without worrying about where to put the luggage. We would highly recommended this apartment and will stay in it again in the future.

Was in city center. Had issues finding the place. Would suggest leaving info on how to use washer dryer combo and what radiation symbols meant…. Room over all large and nice had fridge and cooking ability though we did not use. Walkable to bars and restaurants and shopping. Easy to hail a cab.

If you're traveling with luggage, be aware that there's no elevator — staying on the 7th floor can be extremely challenging. The air conditioning is PIN-protected, but the code was never provided, leaving the apartment uncomfortably warm during our two-night stay. Communication was poor, with no responses to emails, leaving us to figure things out on our own. Although I eventually managed to reach someone by phone, I wasn’t allowed to check in early despite the room being ready two hours before the official time — a clear lack of customer service and empathy. Unfortunately, Clair from the team was neither helpful nor supportive. The apartment itself is spacious, but due to the overall experience, I won’t be returning.

Comfortable apartment in downtown

Excellent location and great large apartment with full kitchen and in-room laundry, huge windows. Very good communications and entry/exit details. Very well renovated, but needs some minor maintenance things attended to.

Great location right n the city centre. Easy access using a code, with luggage storage facility before-after check-in/out. Well appointed apartment with everything you need to live independently for a few days.

Great property in the middle of the Glasgow city center! Exactly what we needed. Walking distance to both train stations and many restaurants and shops downtown. Quiet at night. Would stay again!
