Cozy, inviting cottage a few miles to beach, town boat launch, ( ask about our parking spot 5 min walk to Glendale and free launch ) Gunstock mountain with year round activities, restaurants, hiking trails, Ellacoya State park. Great cental location 2 hours from Boston, 40 minutes to Loon Mountain, outlets stores in Tilton, hiking, biking and concerts at NH Bank pavillion 3 miles away! Enjoy the front yard with lovely view of Lake Winnipesaukee, water access to launch a sup or kayak. Enjoy the back deck with brand new webber grill and fire pit. If you need a larger place or alternative dates ask about our 4 bedroom in Gilford.

Beautiful updated cottage

The cottage has been beautifully updated. Love the neighborhood with a view of the lake. Every convenience has been thought out by the owner. Our favorite was the beach pass to the town beach which is gorgeous! Easy and fast communication with the owner. We loved it.
