Room clean but looking a bit tired. More hangers for clothes and an extra pillow both would be good. Welcome pack was appreciated.Ideal location and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The angle of shower in bath is as a bit precarious if standing for shower.but overall we would recommend as great place had a great short break in a beautiful city.

Such a warm welcome, great to have the parking once worked out where to go, though at a price. Apartment great, spacious & spotlessly clean, well equipped if staying for longer. On 4th floor so very quiet - woken up first night by another guest hammering on his door but this was not fault of hotel! Chose this as had elevator which was perfect for my elderly parents & though a little out of town, could walk to tram stop or get an Uber if don’t wish/unable to walk the 20 mins or so

Dreamy Surroundings

The facilities are beautiful. The breakfast in the castle setting very good and the terrace for drinks superb. The pool I had to myself as soon as we arrived at around 7:30 pm. At nine it was too crowded.

As a two night stopover we found the accommodation to suit our requirements, close to the centre, the sites and had secure parking for the motorcycle. On arrival, the check in was easy, our room had a view towards the centre, good air con etc. The supplied breakfast was excellent and sufficient to set you up for the day.
