基本的に料理やお風呂は全く問題ないし。 ただ、予約したのが最上階の部屋だったのに4階に通された。 こちらも予約を改めて確認してなかったので、最上階で予約したのを忘れていたけど、帰りのチェックアウト前に改めて予約を確認した時に気づきました。 謝罪とちょっとしたお菓子だけで、部屋代の差額分の返却などは無く、対応には大変不満が残りました。

お茶菓子も無下呂温泉は若い頃から何十回と行っていますが、昔から温泉に入る前に甘いお菓子を頂き、ゆっくり浸かるのが風流なのに、残念でした。 　お湯もぎしぎしであれは下呂温泉の湯ではないです他の宿でもツルツル感があっても、ぎしぎし感は一度も有りませんでした、絶対にお湯♨️おかしいと思います。

ラウンジでは10時までアルコール、ソフトドリンクが飲み放題です。 レストランのスタッフの接客はとても良かったが、入退室や個別注文の際ルームキーの確認がなく、精算の際、頼んでいないビールの請求がありました。 間違った部屋番号を言っても、オーダーが通ってしまうので、気をつけてほしい。 お風呂は掛け湯の場がなく、そのまま湯船につかる人もいて、残念。 洗い場にはシャンプーなど、洗面にも化粧水やクレンジングなど用意してあるので、手ぶらでも大丈夫。

はじめて宿泊しました。スタッフはみなさん親切で、ラウンジのドリンクサービスも嬉しく、浴場もきれいでした。ただ、部屋の空気清浄機が使えませんでした。フィルターはカビだらけで、加湿器タンクが抜きとられてぃました。部屋は暑く乾燥して寝苦しかったです。楽しみにしていたブッフェも、時々微妙な味の物があり、残念でした。
