가성비는 좋은데...
일단 지은지 20년 정도 된 건물입니다. 단열이 잘 안되서 싸늘하고... 바닥 난방이 골고루 안되서 부엌쪽은 발이 시려웠고... 스파가 있는 베란다는 춥고... 블라인드가 일부만 가려져서 프라이버시가 완벽하게 지켜지지 않아요. 침대도 가장자리가 좀 주저앉은것 같고 저는 피곤해서 잘 자긴했는데 집사람은 불편하고 허리가 아팠다더군요.(침대 쿠션이 물렁한편)
샤워기가 고정이 단단하게 안되있어서 갑자기 수압크게 팍 틀면 샤워기 헤드가 분사추진력으로 고개를 홱 돌립니다(203호 기준).
