Table had a patch of stain with ants crawling over. The sink was not cleared of the food scraps and the bathroom door was very dirty with some mold stains, causing clothes hanging there to be dirty.

Everything is perfect. My whole family love the stay. Maybe the owner would like to consider having a more opaque kind of blind for the staircase window as the morning light will shine through the small windows in the small room near the entrance.

The property was ok however one of the water heaters for the shower was not working during our stay. Affected our daily routine during the stay as everyone shared a toilet to shower and Genting is generally cold. We were compensated for this (Thank you). The trip to the resort is about 15-20mins drive, not too bad considering the price of this place and the ones in the Genting resort itself. Thereā€™s also good food nearby.

The hotel was good and affordable price. Very clean and they provided guide to the hotel once you booked in advance. Parking space also a lot and easy to find the room. They also provided hairdryer, iron, ironboard which was very good but they don't have a complimentary coffee or tea to drink even though kettle and cups is provided. The room also have thin walls as we can hear other people voices in the next room very clear haha!

Itā€™s a home stay why donā€™t they mention in the website no room service they donā€™t provide housekeeping of the room even towel also need to buy 2 towels 40 ringgt throw rubbish also ourself pls mention everything in the website so people can book another hotel yeah itā€™s cheap but mention everything that you donā€™t provide all the services. I would say itā€™s a scam better book another hotel

We stayed in Deluxe Studio but there are some disappointing points during our stay. 1. The shower stopped supplying hot water. 2. There was not fridge in the room. 3.There was not any instructions such as wifi password or any other services. 4.The towel had funny smells. Good points 1.Nice view from swimming pool at rooftop. 2.Sufficient facilities, such as sauna, fitness gym.

Non of the towels were clean despite changed, all with stains. Wifi unstable, at times totally no wifi. Instructions of taking lifts unclear. No phone in the room to contact front desk, need to go all the way down to enquire. No doubt check in staffs and security guards did a very good job. Overall stay considered satisfied.

The property was well kept, clean and spacious. The only issue was the towels provided, stains found on every towel. On the other hand, dining option is limited within building but there is a Malay restaurant across the building. Overall its a good place to stay. (Sauna was under maintenance, wonder if it will be opened to travelers?)
