Room was huge, a great view and super comfortable bed. The bath tub in the room was also a nice relaxing touch. The location is very close to the lake and Christmas market. Staff are wonderful as well and gave me an upgrade! I'd definitely come back.

Lovely hotel, really appreciated the family adjoining rooms, however the there seemed to be issues controlling the temperature so we had to sleep with the windows open at end of November to have the room at a decent temperature which was then noisy. Breakfast was very good, great variety but to charge 5chf for an omelette slightly cheeky!

The room is clean and modern, but the insulation between rooms is not good. We can hear the next door open and close their doors. The sink in the bathroom is too small and water is very easy to be spilled out.
