A very clean and comfortable stay with a helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location as it was close to the train station, restaurants and was situated for a nice walk next to the lake. A pass for public transportation was a bonus.

Service from front desk manager was very good . There were few amenities missing and they were able to accomodate. Room is nice however the bed is too low and they are more like 2 twin beds instead of queen size beds for couple. There was some chemical cleaning smell in the room , so we had to open windows. There are glass doors and got to be cautious not to hurt yourself going to bathroom etc. Our overall stay was pleasant and central to all places, 5 minute walk to the train station , supermarket and restaurants

Central, Clean, and Comfortable

I stayed at Hotel Cristal while attending business conferences in Geneva, and it was a great choice for my trip. The hotel’s excellent central location, just a short walk from Gare Cornavin, made it incredibly convenient to get around the city. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which was perfect for quick meals and evening strolls after work. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, something I truly appreciated during a busy schedule. While the room was a bit small, it was comfortable and quiet—ideal for resting at night after long conference days. A special mention goes to the friendly and helpful staff, who made my stay smooth and pleasant with their warm service. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Cristal to business travelers and tourists alike looking for a clean, centrally located hotel with great service in Geneva.

This is one of the many hotels surrounding the train station in Geneva. This one is modern and can be reached easily via an undergound passage to a pedestrian mall, something to consider if you have heavy bags. Very clean facility, comfortable but sparse rooms. Very good buffet breakfast. Efficient staff at the front desk. Walkable to the lake and area hotels and shops, even a walk across the bridge takes no more than 20 minutes. I would stay here again.
