This place is amazing! Check in was easyz staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was plenty big enough with all the amenities needed. Nice having a bottle of water each day. The restaurant in the evening was always popular, great food and very nice craft beer.

Lovely hotel, great location right next to the train station and walking distance to the riverside. Spotless and spacious bedroom, and the hotel bar/restaurant was top class. I will be back!

Great location and bar. Staff were very friendly and rooms & bathroom were a decent and good size. The only drawbacks were the hairdryer isn’t very good, towels aren’t great. Never had the breakfast there. I’d stay again

Lovely room / hotel (the lobby is so cozy to read in), and great location to the train station if you wanted further travel. The only thing I would say is that this time (as opposed to when we stayed before years ago) we both agreed that the reception staff were just the smallest bit chilly towards us. We would stay again in future however.

Amazing and spacious room (we had the room with the bedroom upstairs). The bathroom was clean and spacious bonus - heated floor. Staff were very helpful (responsive with all my messages). A good restaurant in the hotel. Proximity to the train station and to the old town was a plus. Highly recommended hotel overall.

The hotel is beautiful, as others have mentioned. Its close proximity to the train station was great, that made things very convenient. We were also within walking distances of the Christmas market. The breakfast was perfect for us, lots of healthy options and good coffee. We had dinner at the restaurant once, and the waitress said the food was backed up for over an hour, so we opted to order soup and salad, which was good. This is a very popular hotel for gatherings, and as such, the bumping party music from the restaurant below us, and eventually the noise from another gathering the second night when we moved rooms, made for some pretty poor sleep. Not to mention, the street noise is loud (depending on what side of the building your room is on) because there are gaps around the windows. If you want a quiet place where you can relax and get good sleep, this wasn't it for us.

Great hotel! Beds really comfy, rooms lovely and the beer in the brewery/ restaurant is amazing! Fantastic location for exploring the city. Staff were great. Only downside is we found the hotel very noisy… you can hear the road noise and all the chairs being moved in the restaurant very clearly.
