Bathroom taps were leaking and bathroom were wet. Intercom phone was not working, reaching to reception and room service was challenge. Internet was not workin all 5 phones with us could not connect to internet. Breakfast was no complimentary.

Great hotel ... but swindlers outside!

Helpful front desk staff. Excellent location! Very near temples area. Laundry charges are very reasonable (some hotels charge insane prices for laundry). Near good restaurants. The restaurant onsite is excellent. The hotel manager is fantastic. Be on your guard, though. There are many swindlers in Bodh Gaya. Do not ... I repeat ... do not allow anyone to walk up to you and start befriending you. Stay on your own. Don't get lured into traps. Swindlers will ask you to feed their children, take care of their orphanages, allow them to show you around, etc. Just tell them to get lost. Otherwise, you will find yourself in a very uncomfortable situation. These swindlers will even come to the hotel property looking for you so that they can pump you for more money.

I would come back here given any chance.

The place is amazing and the staff are very nice. The restaurant is awesome. They have a very extensive menu and guess what every item on the menu can be ordered. And every item we ordered was yummy.

Enjoyable and Comfortable stay

My stay in Hotel Buddha Heritage was amazing, room was clean, comfortable bed and daily house keeping is good. On site Restaurante serve very delicious food. Staffs at the restaurante are very keen, friendly and helpful, special Thank you to Chudamani Gurung who helped me to locate main attractions around Bodhgaya. Hotel staffs at the reception and house keeping also very friendly, kind and helpful. Hotel Buddha Heritage is close to most of the main attractions in Boddhgaya, Mahabodhi Temple, Giant Budha statue, Bhutan Monastery and other Monasteries walking distance. To get to the airport and rail station you can easily get cab and electric rickshaw. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

Toll, aber bei Buchung mit Frühstück wachsam sein

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in grossem, sauberem, gut ausgestattetem Zimmer. Ruhig und zentral. WLAN und heißes Wasser top. Leider gab es Probleme damit, das gebuchte und gezahlte Frühstück zu erhalten. Hier wurde seitens des Hotels wenig unternommen, um den Sachverhalt zu klären und wir waren leider lange in Gesprächen und im Chat mit hotels.com. Letztendlich erhielten wir das Frühstück, allerdings nicht aus Einsicht und nach ärgerlichen Diskussioen. Schade, sonst wäre alles top gewesen!
