ottima location
posizione fantastica per il panorama che si gode. si vede anche l'isola d'elba. Casa piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort. a 15 minuti dal mare di follonica con mare cristallino e spiagge larghe e ristoranti dove si mangia ottimo pescato.

appartamento semplice bene organizzato, non segnalato le rampe di scale da fare per arrivare all'appartamento ben 6 rampe
il giardino non c'è ed il pavimento del bagno in legno è sollevato, non bello da vedere.

Wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer und auf Elba!
Das Apartment hat eine richtig tolle Lage mit dem ausgezeichneten Blick auf die Maremma, das Meer und Elba!
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alle notwendigen Dinge waren vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine! Die Uebergabe mit dem Schlüssel hat problemlos geklappt. Hervorheben möchten wir auch den netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, der unser Wohlbefinden sehr am Herzen lag! Wir können uns vorstellen, dass wir nochmal dorthin fahren!
