Clean rooms and spacious grounds. A few things were a little dated, but not anything that made us regret staying there. However, the mattress on the sofa bed was even more uncomfortable than most sofa beds. That would be my only real complaint. Overall, a great place to stay close to the National Park.

It’s the first time I’ve stayed there, although I’ve driven by it for many years on my way to Cade’s Cove. I’m glad we finally decided to stay there, and enjoy Townsend area, and then drive to the Cove to bike around it on a Saturday morning, it was very pleasant, and I’m happy that we stayed there. The property is very large and well kept. The breakfast was great and was very clean. I am considered a local, from Powell, but I am sure we will stay there again.

Clean rooms and campgrounds ,pools have not been cleaned in awhile and breakfast was not much option other then biscuits and cereal but good experience

It was a very nice property. If I had to do it again, I would stay in Gatlinburg only because the surrounding restaurants weren't open consistent hours. However, it was nice and peaceful and there are several places within walking distance.

Pretty property, if we'd been there longer, I'd have enjoyed checking out the pools and the movie. One night stay - lplenty of room to spread out, the kids enjoyed having their own space. Lots of clean towels. Dog in room next door whined for a bit in the early evening (owners out to dinner?) but we didn't hear him at all during the night. Would love to stay again for a longer visit.

Will definitely be staying here again - 2 outdoor pools, outdoor pavilion & free children/family movies at dusk, indoor pool, comfortable rooms/beds, friendly staff.

Musty smell and very dark inside. Nice staff. Very close to Townsend restaurants and Smoky Mountain entrance.

we all had a great time at the cabin other than the fact that we could not get the tub to hold water, other than that we had a great time and it was sooo beautiful.

Wonderful stay in the off site Cabins- beautifully appointed cabin in surrounding woods- clean, comfortable - modern yet rustic. Staff was very helpful. At the time the whirlpool bath was not working and they put in the effort to try a fix it. Other than that a great stay- thank you staff!!!

Room was very nice except it was in the building with the pool which put the pool right outside our door and the noise, humidity and smell of chlorine was terrible. The same room in a different building would have been great. The room was clean the bed was comfortable so I have no complaints about that. The noise from the pool was gone by 9:30 - 10:00 so sleeping was not a problem after that. Hotel is in a very good location and I would go back and stay just not in any rooms in building 4.

Great place! Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Many rooms may have been remodeled, but ours was in very poor shape and it wasn't cheap. Asked to change but told they were sold out. We had reservations for over 2 months and were put in what looked like an overflow room that shouldn't have been in service. Toilet plunger in the bathroom was unsanitary. Dark, unlighted entry was unsafe. Marginal wifi, no flat screen tv in our shoe box room. Room was stale and smelly and looked like the only room on the property without balcony or patio and the windows were not the style we could open. Awful experience.

Room had been renovated but not finished. Base boards not painted, no pictures on walls. Suppose to have 2 queens but these were fulls. Bathroom no counter space at all. Very disappointing

Hotel staff was very pleasant upon check-in. The room was in excellent, very clean. We were in building five and did not hear a peep all night...very quiet rooms. There was a mini-Keurig in the room which was very nice! Would have been nice if they served breakfast though! Overall stay was very nice.

We enjoyed the Half Marathon, Your Welcoming, Hospitable Town (Townsend) and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

Hotel is nice. Seems like it was an old apt complex converted into a hotel. The porch is not private and is connected to the other rooms in the same building. The key is required everytime to close the room door, unless someone is in the room and can turn the inside door handle, which is a pain when just going to get ice or something outta the car. No phone in the room. Also there's nothing that tells you check out time or any of the amenities the hotel has. Spacious rooms with pretty comfy beds and nice tvs. Overall a pleasant stay, I just think that this hotel is way overpriced for what you're getting. No info on the pool access and the vending machine is limited to 20oz Pepsi products only. No snacks. Overall I would stay here again if the price was less.

Staff very friendly and helpful very comfortable beds
