room was okay, close to every thing a little bit high on price

We love staying here it's very convenient to walking to island and several stores.

We have stayed at James Manor three years in a row all about the same time of the year. It is the best place I have ever stayed. Quiet, feel safe, close to everything, inside pool nice and warm, hot tub real hot. Just a great place to stay.

We loved the deck with chairs--had a wonderful view of an area called The Island--very pretty at night. Could also sit out there and read. It was very relaxing and pleasant.

The best smelling hotel we have stayed at. House keeper was very friendly and got us whatever we needed. Loved the spacious rooms, the balcony and the location . The lady serving breakfast was very helpful and she kept the food containers full. We will definitely be back there to stay.

The room was not bad. It had a few minor issues. Bathroom area was very small. Light from the street light kept us up the 1st night but we took a dark cover and draped it over the back door the remainder of our stay. The staff was not the most pleasant but I wasn't there for the staff. I definitely will return and stay at this location again. Overall my entire experience in Pigeon Forge was awesome! Kids had a blast!!

Found this hotel by "accident" while searching for a place to stay in Pigeon Forge. Check in was quick and staff was attentive and friendly despite our arrival right in the middle of shift change. The hotel was easy to find. Arrived early afternoon so parking was not an issue - additional parking available across a small access road (parking permit provided at check in). Room was clean and comfortable. Was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Wonderful balcony - would have preferred a little bit of privacy on the balcony, there is only a rail between you and your neighbor - but it's still nice. Hotel was very quiet even though it appeared to be very busy (possibly full) and right next to The Island. Plenty of things to see and do within walking distance.

The worst part of the stay was the pull out sofa mattress. My grandsons felt like he was sleeping on just the springs

Very convenient to the Island. No worries about parking, just walk across the bridge. Continental breakfast included. Very friendly staff

There was only one problem we had a trouble with. The light on the balcony shines through the door . We had to put a blanket thru the door & shut it. It still didn't help much. There should be some way we can turn the porch light off, or have a dimer bulb...Thanks

Everything was great except I could not use the WIFI. When I asked, I was told I might could do better to come down to their lobby and use it there. I didn't. Didn't want to leave my room. Also, I thought the breakfast could have been a little more or at least a change every day. They served the same things every morning.

Room was clean, beds were fine, continental breakfast was decent. The location was excellent but you hear all the traffic even late at night. The door shades also need to be improved to block out light.Good hotel for people who can sleep though any noise and light otherwise bring a sound machine and eye shades.

Hotel is in an excellent location to the island. We had an awesome time each night there. Shortest walk from hotel outside island. Staff was very friendly. Excellent view of ferris wheel from balcony. Plan to visit again next fall.

We enjoyed ourselves. Hotel is convenient to The Island, which has shopping, restaurants & activities for children. It is right on the Parkway which has numerous shops, restaurants and fun activity for family. Hotel is old, but has spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast does not have an assortment of food, but Flapjack house across street has reasonable prices. I found that Wifi does not work when sitting on the balcony so I could not sit outside and read ibook as planned. But overall trip was nice.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend. The room was nice very clean and comfortable. We could not get the TV to come on the first night and the front desk clerk couldn't help us but we finally got it the next day .overall the stay was nice .loved the location.

Great location you can walk to a lot of attractions and restaurants
