It was a late night reservation. The room was perfect. The only hiccup was that we could not find the desk clerk. It was 11:30pm. They had went to the restroom down the hall but no sign and couldn't find anyone. Once they arrived back it was quick and easy checkin and rooms were great.

The main hotel is awesome we stayed several times the rooms are great and clean and the staff does a great Job pool area is awesome But the other hotel on the property is run down has a bad musky small and we had no maid service The carpets we rolled in several spots

Would not let us check in 1 hour early, no phone in the room to contact front desk, the 5th floor smelled awful, no coffee in the room, my husband went to Libby and had to pay for a cup of coffee and they would not let him use the syrup lol chlorine in the pool was overwhelming, A lot of the vending machines were out of order, everything is expensive.

The room was clean the water park was great! The location was awesome. I have 2 baby that wanted ice cream and we got back to late so they were upset. We ask the manager if any ice cream places were open in the area, this manager open the ice cream store so they could get some ice cream. He was all about making sure they have a good experience. He is want more places need. I did not get him name but i hope he sees this. We will be staying again. Love it!

Staff was courteous, the manager went out of his way to help me. The room was clean but the carpet could use a scrubbing, our grand daughter spill a cup of water and when we sopped it up the towel came away quite brown.

This hotel is perfect for familys. They have everything you need on site...Food - drinks - Pool - Etc. We only wish they had a Shallow kiddy pool area for the younger ones but the water slides were great and the hot tub so relaxing.

The staff was amazing for their NYE event. This was a memorable trip, and the kids begged us to make this our new NYE tradition. They had events every hour to keep the littles entertained, pool and slides were great. We even had the chance to relax in the hottub. Very safe and managed environment for our 3 girls, 4yr 6yr and 7yr, to run and play.

Rooms were very clean, indoor pool area was nice and clean, a lot of people but not crowded. Loved the added perks like the ice cream shop/bakery, pizza parlor, coffee shop and gift shop within the resort. But staff in those particular places were not friendly and acted as if they didn’t want to be there, seemed stressed/understaffed. The restaurant inside, we sat for over 30 min waiting for the one waitress that was working to take our drink order, she was stressed to the max being the only one working that morning which was understandable. We just left and went elsewhere as others did also. The arcade was small but fun, my kids really enjoyed the bowling. All together it’s a fun place to stay at a decent price but could use some training in being friendly and inviting

The room was smothering hot! The coolest you could turn the unit was to 61 (which would be way too cold if accurate). My daughter has asthma and we had to have a breathing treatment every 4 hours. This is the only place we've stayed that was so stuffy we couldn't get comfortable. We come to Pigeon Forge 5 times a year (usually stay at the Wilderness). I do not recommend to stay here unless you are coming for entertainment. Room is not pleasurable. Room was clean, if you can handle the heat. The staff was nice. Did not stay longer than a day because we was miserable. We went to another hotel for the remainer of our stay.
