If you’re wanting to see bears, stay here. It’s also convenient and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and things to do. The room (510), had been renovated and was very nice. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast had bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, pastries, coffee, juice, milk, and yogurt

Nice location and large, clean and quiet room. We were lucky to see a bear in the parking lot as we were checking in! Pretty cool. Nice river view off the balcony.

Super close to downtown, the room was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we made the trip back to Gatlinburg.

No frills but clean!

This is absolutely a bare minimum hotel. It was cleaner then most in the Gatlinburg area which was nice. The room was huge! The hot breakfast was awesome. The pool was closed for the season and no hot tub. It was close to the entrance of the Smokey’s so it was about a 10 minute walk to the middle of the strip. Good place to stay if your not wanting to spend much time sitting in a hotel room.

We stay here several times a year. The suites are HUGE. 1 block off the main drag so you don’t get the cruiser noise. 4 min walk to The Peddler Steakhouse. 45 second drive to the entrance of the SMNP. On Ski Rd.

Dirty.

I normally do not leave reviews but thought I should on this one just to warn others about the cleanliness of this place. It was awful. When we walked in the room it had an overwhelming horrible smell as if trying to cover up the filthiness. The carpets were wet and so dirty that we had to wear our shoes to walk around because if we didn't the bottom of our feet became so dirty that we had to get in the shower and wash them. I picked this place because it had good reviews on cleanliness so I don't know if the people were paid to say that because it definitely was so opposite. The only positive thing I could say about the room was the mattress was actually comfortable. Needless to say we would never stay at this hotel again.
