Beautiful

Everything was simply perfect beginning with my host Mark who was absolutely fantastic before and after my trip. The resort was exactly as advertised. Everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We didn’t get to experience the zip line because it’s seasonal and was closed for winter. All other amenities including the water park were great and the in-house restaurant is totally recommended - it was excelent.

When we got there, the noise where we checked in was horrible, it took 30 minutes to get checked in, then had to follow a gofcart a mile up the mountain to where the room was. Horrible, construction going on, too many gofcarts racing up and down mountain, dangerous at times. Our room was small, dryer was a wsher/dryer combo. Sucked. Did not dry. Multiple complaints without any change. Finally talked to Customer relation manager, Cameron, regarding complaints, very nice. Had us moved to another room, right next to waterpark, within walking distance of almost everything at resort. dryer worked, no other complaints after being moved. Wonderful stay after that.
