Cute house and attentive, helpful hosts. As a family of 5 we loved the game room and hot tub. The neighborhood had picturesque views and we loved walking at sunset. Lots of wildlife, we saw 3 bears right near the house. We had a great trip and made lots of memories!

Cozy and scenic stay with family

We can't help but come back again and again as we continue to make wonderful memories at the chalet. This trip makes it the fourth stay for us since 2022 which is the perfect spot to unwind and escape with family. A winter snowfall was a beautiful sight as our family (and pups) enjoyed the warmth of the fireplace and the cozy atmosphere. We truly appreciate the comfort and hospitality that Susan provides while she continues to be highly responsive, accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend the Red Roof Chalet.

Nice, clean space. Very good location. Excellent communication from the host. Hot water in the shower ran out after a few minutes and there was no body soap. Host has promised to take care of both issues in a responsive fashion.

Great stay at Red Roof Chalet

We had a great family vacation in the Smokies. Great hiking, Dollywood, Pirate dinner, Cades Cove trip, and hanging with the family at the Red Roof Chalet. A great place to stay!

Property owner was very helpful and responsive to all our questions!! Location, the view, and the accommodations were perfect for our family. Felt secluded but close enough to everything. When our kids walked in they loved the view and then saw the games and even more excited.

Perfect for a week long getaway. Great space for our 2 families and easy access to the park via the bypass. We saw plenty of bears too which was something that we were hoping to see!

Relaxing with beautiful views!

The chalet had enough space for our group (8 total— 4 were kids) to spread out and relax. The basement was a perfect kids hangout space. We enjoyed stepping out on the balcony for a Mountain View each morning and the location was a very easy drive to both pigeon forge and gatlinburg. The view from the very nearby community pool is stunning! It was such a great stay!

Wonderful Place!

We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The bedrooms were spacious and everyone was comfortable. Everything was stocked nicely in the bathrooms and kitchen. The game room was fun for our downtime in the house.

Beautiful cabin, great location

My family and mother-in-law visited for an extended weekend over fall break. Beautiful and well-equipped cabin, with plenty of room for everyone and great amenities; very convenient to the park as well as to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
