We were in the area just for the weekend. The Indigo was so nice! The roof-top restaurant was great, I loved having a Starbucks in the lobby and we had a great view of the Gatlinburg Christmas Parade from our room! The hotel is centrally located to lots of shopping and other restaurants. Definitely will stay there again!

Excellent hotel with everything you need on the property. This hotel is located on the eastern end of the main strip so once you’re parked in the secure covered parking garage you can simply walk the strip and avoid the heavy traffic. There are several back roads to avoid driving down the main strip for faster access to and from the mountains as well. This is a newer hotel with upgraded everything. Restaurant on the rooftop with a view and coffee shop on property and snack closet in the lobby. Comfy bed and superb shower. This will likely be my go to hotel for Gatlinburg. You may even get lucky and see their friendly Blackbeard stroll through the parking garage in the early mornings.

It's a very nice new hotel off the main strip. We had a standard king room and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great too. Our room was on the 5th floor and it had a beautiful view of the mountains and downtown. The only negative is that they charge $15 a day for parking, which we didn't know about until we checked in. There is covered parking though.

Overall the hotel is beautiful. When we got to our room the beds were unmade and the room wasn’t ready. I called the front desk and they switched us to another room right away. They were very apologetic and offered us free breakfast ($39 value for each person) to which we accepted along with a bottle of champagne. When we went for breakfast this morning we were very surprised to see the breakfast that was offered was nothing more than a standard hotel complimentary breakfast from any other hotel. All of the food was cold and the staff was only seen twice and not very friendly. We had not planned on having breakfast there because there are several places around town highly recommended for the same price, however decided to take advantage of the offer for a free breakfast. We would have been very disappointed had we actually paid for it.
