Outdoor fireplace was a really nice place to sit and enjoy. Moonlight Ridge is a nice and reasonably secluded cabin. Michael is a great and attentive host, he ensured we needed for nothing during our stay.

Could not of asked for more with this exceptional property,stunning views,cosy and perfect location for staying in the Smokies!.The host was lovely and always replied promptly if needed.The bed was super comfy,hot tub overlooking looking the mountains was idyllic and the drive down is stunning.We had a bear pass through on our first night which was super exciting.Recommend going to Bloom and Berries just 10 minutes up the road for Coffee(Especially there Honey Bee Latte).Painted Bear cafe is superb too.Alamo for food too!.Thanks again

We stayed at Moonlight Ridge for our hiking trip in the Smokies. The host is very accommodating and responsive. The location to the park and restaurants was great. We brought our dogs and they loved hanging out on the back deck with us. The surroundings are peaceful and we enjoyed watching a momma bear and her 3 cubs frolic on the mountain side. We also saw a groundhog just off the deck. A comfortable cabin retreat! (stayed 4/2026)

We LOVED our time at Moonlight Ridge and can’t wait to come back. There’s so much to do (hiking, walking, near by park) while also staying away from the really busy tourist spots! Communication with owner was the best we’ve seen since using Vrbo. The highlight of our stay was a beautiful black bear that visited our last day walking right by the deck (while we were safely inside, ha)!

We enjoyed how quiet the area was. My son ejoyed roaming and watching the wildlife. The cabin was very comfortable. Communication was great with the host, extreamly helpful and quick to repsond. Very clean and had everything we needed.

We LOVED our stay in Gatlinburg this past weekend. The property was beautiful, the hot tub was awesome, and it was super quiet, very clean, and had everything we needed. We loved being able to bring our fur baby too!

This by far was the worse cabin we have ever stayed in. The heat pump couldnt keep up, the heat strips never kicked in. The cabin was cold at 64 degrees. The dryer door was broke, my husband had to use a broom handle to keep it closed long enough to dry clothes. We finally bought another screw so we could fix it temporarily. Although it took all day to dry a small load of clothes. I realize we are in the mountains and bugs can be a problem. We live in a very rural area. With that being said the cabin has a stink bug invasion. I swept up so many on day one and two. The keurig was broken. Staying at Moonlight Ridge felt like work not a relaxing vacation away.

It was breathtaking views and so cozy inside and out! The hot tub was amazing with the outdoor fire and we saw bears multiple times! We had everything we needed and love the drive into town! So beautiful all around!

Tasteful rustic woodsy motif but with all the modern comforts and conveniences. We didn't realize how much we'd appreciate the hot tub until we used it. I'm 6'6" and there was plenty of room for me.

Clean, cozy, and EVERYTHING had directions laid out in the app. I know it seems weird but i appreciated this. The dryer was not common, in the app they had directions. It was a hudge helping tool. Manager/Owner was super responsive. Loved the outdoor fireplace.
