Run down & needs updating, listing changed
The property was listed as 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We are a family of 7. When we arrived we discovered two homes. The small home had the one bedroom and 1 bathroom. That doesn’t work well when you are split in two separate homes. The small house smelled musty, the Internet did not work, there were no towels. We had ants all over and kitchenette. The door that goes outside in the kitchen had broken weather seal. They did bring towels, they did send someone to spray for ants but they still kept coming in even after they sprayed. One of the bedrooms in the larger home had no lock on the slider door by the pool table. The smaller bedroom needs a new mattress if two people laid on it you roll into be center. The back bathroom door does not lock. Several doors are in poor condition and are delamentated. Those is surrounded by businesses. The one right next rents out ATVs and fine buggy’s so there is a steady influx of people coming and going with no fence separating the properties. The one good thing is it is a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and just down the street there is a free trolley ride pick up spot. That is in walking distance.
