Great Place!

We had a great stay! The room is very small but perfect for two people. The views were gorgeous from the balcony! We would stay there again.

Great View, Easy Process

We stayed here as a home base for backpacking up Mt. LeConte and checking out the Smokie Mountains. It was perfect for my wife and quick access to get down to Gatlinburg and the surrounding area.

Amazing

Everything was perfect, we stayed for the week of our anniversary, the view was amazing and was a very nice area. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us, I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing view

The location was awesome and the view spectacular. The room was a little small and the door to the property needs attention. Overall it was a pleasant place.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at the Gatlinburg Summit, but the first time at this property. Property was extremely nice very clean and has the best view. Due to snow, we had to add an additional night to our stay, which was really easy and appreciated. Booking and communication was the easiest yet. We will definitely be booking this property again thank you

Cozy and Beautiful

My husband and 4 yr old son stayed for three nights and very much enjoyed our stay. It is a small studio, but big enough for 3 with the pull out couch. The bed was comfy and we had plenty of towels. The fireplace was nice and the view was amazing. We liked being able to see Ober Mtn from the balcony and watch the tram. We would stay here again. The guys were great to deal with and easy to contact.

Comfortable & Cozy

This is an amazing condo! From the moment you walk in the door it’s welcoming. It looks to be newly remodeled, if so they have done a wonderful job. The mattress is top notch! If you’ve ever stayed in a rental you’d agree the mattress is always horrible. They went the extra step and have memory foam, you not only sleep great but wake up feeling refreshed. Chris was in contact via email & text to let me know if we needed anything not to hesitate in getting in contact. Overall I’d highly recommend this rental for your stay. Guaranteed you won’t be disappointed
