In Garz, on the southern tip of the island of Rügen, in the small district of Maltzien, is the beautiful farmhouse with 3 holiday homes. Garz is the oldest town on Rügen with a sweet character and many other destinations recommend you as your hostess. Also it gives you one or the other insider tip. The swimming in the area are about 3 km away on the natural beach. The nearest sandy beach is in the Baltic resort of Binz, 20 km away. Your holiday accommodation is a good starting point for exploring the island and the surrounding area. Smaller countryside bike rides are highly recommended.

The 2000 m² plot is in a quiet location. It offers quiet islands and plenty of space on a large lawn for the children to play. There is also a covered barbecue / sitting area in the garden. For each apartment there is a seating area in the garden. The apartment on the first floor consists of a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower / WC.
